Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Aveliq ("we", "us", "our"), operated by George Erubami (GeoCode), for Premium and Exam Prep subscription plans available at studypal.com.ng.

By making a payment on Aveliq, you agree to this policy in full.

2. Subscription Plans

Aveliq offers the following paid plans:

• Aveliq Premium at ₦1,500 per month, billed monthly
• Aveliq Exam Prep at ₦3,500 for 3 months, billed once

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are processed securely via Paystack.

3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 48 hours of your initial payment and have not used any premium features during that period
• You were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error
• Your payment was processed but premium access was not granted within 24 hours of payment

You are not eligible for a refund if:

• More than 48 hours have passed since your payment
• You have actively used premium features (summaries, quizzes, YouTube analysis, PDF export, etc.)
• You simply changed your mind after using the service
• Your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of payment:

Include your full name, the email address used for payment, the date of payment, and your Paystack transaction reference. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Paystack. Processing time is typically 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.

7. Free Tier

The free tier of Aveliq involves no payment and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Aveliq after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
